Quality Armstrong Laundry for top quality home
Elizabeth Finn Homes have recently completed the extension and comprehensive refurbishment of The Lodge Care Home, Exeter, a high quality care home providing nursing and personal care for older people. The project includes new kitchen and laundry facilities and, based on considerations of durability and service, Armstrong Commercial Laundry Systems were selected to provide the laundry equipment.
The new installation consists of two 16 kg Primus FS16/3 washer extractors, a 7.5 kg model, two Huebsch tumble dryers and a small drying cabinet. The Lodge has 46 bedrooms, and all laundry is handled in-house.
The laundry has been designed and equipped to meet infection control requirements and the laundry staff are delighted with the outcomes. They particularly appreciate the range of programmes provided by the Primus washers. ‘The results are consistently excellent and we appreciate the quietness of the equipment’ says General Manager, Deborah Skinner.
