Please read below if you wish to open a credit account:

Print out the credit application form.

Please complete and sign the first page.

Then sign your acceptance of our terms of trade at the bottom of the second page.

If your business is NOT incorporated as a limited company, please also complete and sign the consent section of the bank status enquiry.

Then post the original signed copies to Armstrong at the address shown at the top of the first page.

Please attach a sample of your business letterhead.

Do NOT fax the form.
